Raised $1000 by a minstrel and used to outfit the high school football team. Raised $500 to aid the underprivileged children. Outfitted 40 children with clothing. Furnisted 8 children with glasses. Gave a famly $15 to purchase medicine. Raised $180 by selling Christmas Trees.

Sponsored boat races during the Hard Crab Derby on Labor Day. Furnished 12 examinations and corrective glasses for needy children. Purchased leg braces for a 15 year old girl.

(From Oct 2005, E-Builder) The city dock in Crisfield is a hub of activity on any given day. With no life saving devices, the Kiwanis Club of Crisfield, with the help of The VFW Post 8274 and the Crisfield Chamber of Commerce, purchased the two life rings that were installed at the dock.
